Staying at Drake Inn was delightful. The location made waking up to the beach view incredible. The rooftop patio provided the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets and relax in the evenings. Rebecca, the receptionist, was welcoming and full of great suggestions about local activities. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with fresh, made-to-order meals. However, I did encounter a few inconveniences during my stay. My room had some musty odors, and I noticed a few permanent stains on the sheets. WiFi access was often limited, making it a bit challenging to stay connected.

The room smelled musty!!! Both sheets and blanket had permanent stains, bathroom door had paint peeling off. Better access to the dining area and WiFi improvements would greatly enhance the experience!!!

I had a great time during my stay here, especially enjoying the breathtaking ocean views from the rooftop patio, perfect for sunset lounging. The location was fantastic, directly across from the beach, making it easy to stroll along the sand and encounter local wildlife. Rebecca, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and providing great recommendations for activities. However, I did find the WiFi access to be quite limited, which made it challenging at times to stay connected.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Drake Inn. The ocean views from the terrace were breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for my evening relaxation. The staff, especially Rebecca, went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and helpful recommendations for activities around the island.

The WiFi was a bit spotty.

Our family stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, and we really enjoyed the space and the ocean views. The terrace was awesome for watching flamingos and relaxing. It was right on the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The only downside was the air conditioning only being in the bedrooms, but with the nice breezes, we didn’t mind too much. Overall, the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, just wish the cooling was better everywhere.

Just a fitting option for a quick stopover in Puerto Villamil with extraordinarily good value for money. The rooftop terrace had a nice view and was perfect for relaxing with drinks. Bring your own snacks since the breakfast options may be limited at times.

We spent our days exploring the beaches and even took a hike at Sierra Negra. The location is spot on, right across from the beach, making morning strolls easy. Carlos was super attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good enough, with fresh rolls and eggs. Highly recommend!

One downside was the internet access, which was pretty spotty during our stay. It can be a bit frustrating, so just be prepared for that.
